Danielle Tscherne, MAEd., LPCC I Clinical Therapist
Danielle is an ISFJ. She graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron. She has four years of experience in agency and private practice settings. Danielle has experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, alcohol and substance abuse, and the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as many other concerns. She utilizes interventions such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and Strengths Based Therapy. She helps clients learn coping skills, identify and challenge their negative thought patterns, learn skills to manage difficult emotions, improve their self-confidence and self-esteem, improve their relationships with themselves and others, and navigate and adapt to life changes.
She enjoys spending time with her fiancé, doing home improvements, and traveling. Danielle believes the most important part of therapy is having a person you can trust who makes you feel supported and accepted. She focuses on developing the therapeutic relationship and providing empathy, support and validation. She provides individual sessions for adults 18 and up.
