Are you a current or former client that has had an amazing experience with one of our therapists? If so, we would love to hear from you! Our staff puts their hearts and souls into the work they do and we want to acknowledge them for their dedication. Please complete the contact form below with a message you would like your therapist to receive. Your message will be written on a card and given to them as a keepsake. If you attend sessions at our office you also have the option to fill out a physical card and place it in our secure lock box in our waiting room.
