Jillian Phillips, M.A., LPC I Therapist

Jillian is an ENFP who is passionate about helping clients connect with their emotions, strengthen their relationships, and become the best versions of themselves. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ohio University her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Carroll University. She is currently supervised by Anjelica Nelson, MAEd., IMFT-S, LPPC-S. 

Originally from Poland, Ohio, Jillian has a background in behavioral health and crisis work, including experience as a Registered Behavior Technician and Crisis Counselor. She is interested in trauma-informed care, emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, body image and is committed to providing a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients.

Jillian’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. She works with individuals ages 14 and up, creating a compassionate space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and move toward healing. In her free time, Jillian enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, and long walks. She’s a big animal lover and finds happiness in spending time with friends and family.
