Sarah is an ENFJ and a compassionate clinician-in-training. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Cleveland State University. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and is completing her practicum and internship with a Counselor Trainee designation from the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapy Board. Sarah is supervised by Anjelica Nelson, MAEd., IMFT-S, LPCC-S.

Sarah approaches counseling with a warm, collaborative, and person-centered approach that’s grounded in empathy, authenticity, and empowerment. Sarah is interested in helping adolescents and adults who experience anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, women’s issues, and LGBTQ+ concerns.

She has experience working with children and families in caregiving and community-based settings. This allowed her to build strong communication skills and develop an appreciation for how much safe and supportive relationships matter in a person’s emotional growth and well-being.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, baking sourdough, watching the sunrise, reading, and spending time with her pitbull.
