Britney is an ENFJ who understands the importance of an individual’s quality of life and is honored to work alongside a client during their journey of growth, acceptance, and self discovery. She graduated with her bachelor of science degree in psychology and minor in communication at the Ohio State University in 2022 and her master of art in education degree in clinical mental health counseling at Capital University in 2024.
Britney is originally from Canfield, OH and was in Columbus, OH the last five years of her life. She is excited about starting a new chapter in Cleveland, OH! When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family/friends, working out, traveling, watching new shows/movies, and trying new things.
Britney prioritizes building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship to allow an individual to be open, safe, and heard when exploring and experiencing their thoughts, feelings, and stressors in a confidential environment. Her passion is in working with individuals who struggle with life transitions, wellness, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, self-esteem, relationships, and trauma-related issues. The population she sees are clients ages 14 and up. Britney utilizes interventions such as ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness based therapy, narrative therapy, and strengths based therapy. Britney is under the supervision of Anjelica Nelson, MAEd., IMFT-S, LPCC-S.
